Nous ignorons la provenance de cette belle console : en la
voyant chez M. Villeminot à qui elle appartient, elle nous a
frappé par son caractère et par sa belle exécution, et nous lui
en avons demandé un dessin. — Elle est en bois et entièrement
dorée.

We ignore the origiu of this fine consol, but when we saw
it in M. Villeminot's collection we noticed its character and
fine exécution, and asked for a drawiug of it. It is in wood and
completely gilt.
