This small funoral monument belongs to the splendid and
curious collections of the Cluny Muséum. A few months ago it was
buried in tho stores of the national church of Saint-Denis,
wherefrom M. E. du Sommerard picked it out with many other
very interesting décorative articles ; unfortunately half the in-
scription has been erased during the Révolution.
