HIATUS.

Hiatus is on the whole infrequent, and occurs chiefly in epigrams
of unskilful construction in other respects.

I throw out, of course, hiatus in interpolations : ko.1 epycm?, 60 ;
irai ev, lxxvi ; for which see page 46.
