In the cover is (a) a fragment assigned to Cent, x—part of

canonicis de S. L’edes Adam in omnibus . . . and on (6) :—-
Iste liber conceditur fratribus minoribus Hereford, pro
anima domini Stephani le Banastre. [On one of the bells of
Hereford Cathedral is the inscription :—Stephanus Banastre
me fecit.]
On a flyleaf is the old pressmark of the Grey Friars of Hereford,
