254. Calcareous stone. Height, 1 ft. 37 inches. From the temple (Golgoi).
Male head, with beard, conical head-dress, and hair hanging behind the ears.

The beard is merely blocked out, and the eyebrows are indicated in corresponding
manner. Lower portion of the beard and ridge of the nose broken away.

255. Calcareous stone. Height 1 ft. 3| inches. From the temple (Golgoi).
Bearded head, with conical cap, the knob broken away. The beard is marked

with incised vertical lines. Tip of nose broken off in 1879, and repaired.

256. Calcareous stone. Height, 1 ft. 10' inches. From the temple (Golgoi).
Bearded head, with conical cap. The knob of the cap, left ear, and lower part

of the beard, wanting. Eyebrows modelled in relief in a formal manner; the hair
indicated by slight lines. A row of short curls visible below the edge of the cap on
the forehead.

257. Calcareous stone. Height, ill inches. From the temple (Golgoi).
Bearded head, with conical cap. The beard is rendered in formal curly locks,

and a row of short curls is visible in front of the cap over the forehead.

258. Calcareous stone. Height 1 ft. 2! inches. From the temple (Golgoi).
Male head, with pointed beard and conical cap. A row of curls on the forehead

is merely blocked out in a raised surface, and the beard is also treated in similar
fashion. Tip of the nose broken off, and repaired.
