480. Head, of calcareous stone. Height, inches. Found in the temple (Golgoi).
Female figure. The hair is represented as if combed from the crown; three rows

of curls in front, and a fillet, consisting of a berry-shaped ornament, as pendant to the
fillet. Eyebrows indicated by slightly raised surfaces. Traces of red color on the lips.

481. Head, of calcareous stone. Height, 9 inches. Found in the temple (Golgoi).
Female figure. A narrow band of rosettes, from which the hair is combed forward

in locks upon the forehead. The chin is defaced; surface worn.

482. Head, of calcareous stone. Height, 7= inches. Found in the temple (Golgoi).
Female figure, with a wreath of flat leaves, and fillet tied over its top, with ends

of small tassels. Two rows of short curls on the forehead. Eyebrows marked by
narrow raised surfaces. Traces of red color on the lips.

483. Head, of calcareous stone. Height, ioj inches. Found in the temple
(Golgoi).

Female figure, with wreath of leaves arranged symmetrically, and rows of curls on
the forehead. Eyebrows, eyes, and lips are carefully rendered in an archaic manner.
Tip of nose and chin chipped.

484. Head, of calcareous stone. Height, iof inches. Found in the temple (Golgoi).
Female figure, with wreath of flat lying leaves and pendants. Two rows of curls

on the forehead. Surface much worn and mutilated.

485. Head, of calcareous stone. Height, 1 foot j inch. Found in the temple
(Golgoi).

Female figure, with a wreath of partly erect leaves, with berry-shaped ornaments
as pendants. The two halves of the wreath meet in front. The hair falls in heavy
tresses over the forehead, and nearly covers the ears; the eyebrows carefully marked
with chiselled lines. The modelling of the mouth, and the general execution of this
