Fine figure of Demeter, of same description as No. 381, except that the calathus is
adorned with a wreath of rosettes and a border of ornamental points; the peplos also less ample.

387. Height, y/\ inches.

Demeter, similar to No. 382, except that the himation is thrown off at each side. Left
arm, and throne ornaments on each side, broken away.

388. Height, 1% inches.

Fragments of two personifications or attendants of Demeter, with cylindrical calathi; one
large peplos thrown over both, and drooping in festoon-like folds between the two.

389. Height, 2% inches.

Demeter, similar to No. 382; but triple necklace, triple armlet on right arm, and left hand
visible as it holds the himation by its edge. Throne ornaments broken away on both sides.
