X. The collectors of the revenue in the zihah of Cuttack shall be
guided, in preparing the different registers of landed property in that
zihah, by the Regulations in force for that purpose in the province of
Bengal; provided, however, that the first periodical register to be pre-
pared shah commence with the Wihaity year 1216, and shall exhibit the
estates, and the required particulars respecting them, as they may stand
at the commencement of that year. The periodical register to be formed
at the commencement of the Wihaity year 1211, and every succeeding
hve years, shah exhibit the estates as they may stand at that and each
subsequent period.

in the order in which it may be formed.
