VII. The TA'zzezzzcMA Uzzzzz-M are empowered to include two or more
entire police jurisdictions within that of one moonsiHA and to abolish
any of those offices whenever local or special circumstances may, in their
judgment, render it expedient. They are, further, at all times authorized
to cause the cutcherry of a moonsiff to be removed from the town or
village in which it may be held, to any other town or village within the
limits of the same moonsiffs jurisdiction which may appear more conve-
nient.
