fore slie consulted us, had, (as she
suspested) Dislocated her vShoulder-
Bone by wringing of Linnen Cloaths
after warning (which is commonly
done to exprels the Water) adding,
that in {training her Arm, in that
Action, Hie sensibly felt something
sas slic thought) slip out of its place
on her Shoulder. After examining
the part, we were well satissied that
there was no Dissocation : But ob-
serving a Depressure on the External
part of the Deltoide Muscle, and
rinding the two Inferior Tendons of
this Biciptal Rigid, and the Cubit
thereby denied its due Extention, we
suspe&ed that the External Tendinous
Beginning, (before taken notice of)
was slipt out of its Channel in the
Os Humeri; but finding the part at
that time somewhat Inssamed, Hie ha-
ving not long before made use of it.
We advised her to an Emollient Ap-
plication, and to give it rest till the
