Depositeria Generale from 1543 to 1545 as Purveyor to the "Otto
di Pratica." He may perchance have been a brother, or at least a
zv/zVz'w, of that Alessandro Gorini, friar of Santa Croce, who, from
their extraordinary likeness to each other, public gossip asserted,
to be the brother of Pope Clement VII, and who therefore wished
