As the younger soldierscannotwelliubhih without

been no lmall murmuring at the little succes they have lately
met with. And it is very probable (as a little timb perhaps
will dilcover) that the very moment any conitderable addition
is made to their seet, nay, perhaps, without any further
augmentation, the present Dey will be obliged to leihen the
number of his alliances, from thole very principles which, a,
few years ago, engaged his predecehor to increase them.

sor our nation; and, provided there could be any security in
a government, that is guided by chance and humour, more
