Emperor of first half of IVth century A.D., perhaps
Constantine, seated in four-horse chariot crowned
with laurel wreath held partly by Victory behind
and partly by boy Genius flying towards him. He
holds the mappa in his hand. The horses are guided
by a helmeted warrior in front, and beside the
chariot, reaching his arm towards the reins, walks a
boy, probably a Caesar, with drapery round his arm
and loins. The whole within a cord-like frame.
