know a truly worthlefs Being who is honoi'd
with that refpe&able Office, that would bemticb
more fuitably employed as Jack. Catch, or
Hangman, for the four Counties.
To enumerate this Reptile's Enormities,
would I fear be too offenfivc to any humane
Eve, or Ear; he was early bred, and accuflom-
ed, to all the vices that difgrace Youth, and
rentier Characters abandbn'd; to finifh his
Education, and Manners, he paffed fome con -
fiderable part of his youth, in the pious Office
of a Goal Soliicitor, or Oid Bailv Manager
