shown, has been built from
the designs of Mr. Arnold
Mitchell, F.R.I.B.A., of
London, on a site which
crowns a ridge opposite to
Edgehill, and commands
very extensive and pic-
turesque views over the
surrounding country. The
materials used in the con-
struction of the building
are Edgehill stone for the
general walling, and small
rough stone slates for the
