a repousse brass salver by Mr. Allan V. Southwick,
of Bilston, were prominent among the larger pieces
of work in metal.
The stained glass was shown as usual on a shaded
screen lighted at the back, but the illumination, good
as it was, was insufficient to penetrate the opacity
of some of the more deeply coloured pieces.
