There are two entries in the Lanthony Catalogue which seem
to suit this book : 245, Summa que dicitur Olim et in eodem
quaterno quarta compilatio abbreviata, and perhaps better : 264,
De regula juris et in eodem quaterno Dolum et Olim, But I do not
press either.
I. 1. The first section has 2 preliminary leaves (1, 2) and 2J closing
leaves (20 3-22), of notes, described as
Notae in quasdam leges sub tit. ff. de Regulis Juris. Begins on
Qui cum alio contrahit (19). Ends on Cum par etc. (154).
This is in double columns of over 60 lines.

The initial has very peculiar flourishing.
Text ends : Seruus rei publice causa abesse non potest.

Olim edebatur actio per scripturam
With many marginalia in a beautiful small hand.
The text is continuous (with modification or change of hand)
to 54 a, where there is a break in the section :
Ab ilia sententia appellari debet
—non est necesse. 1. c n eo.
54 b is blank: on 55 a (verso blank) and 56, 57 (verso blank)
are notes by the writer of the marginalia.
On 58 the text is continued: rubric: Neminem uenire .contra
(? circa, citra) factum suum, etc. The old list of contents calls
this Disputationes ad generalia luris Axiomata.
At 76 the marginalia cease, till 81, and again 82 3-86 a, where
the text leaves off. The last rubric is
Presumitur ex eo quod diu et quando
86 3 and a fragment of a leaf next to it are blank. Text con-
tinues abruptly on 87 and ends abruptly 93 3.
