I. A very close hand of cent, xiv, 60 lines to page : the first page
in double columns and fewer lines.

primus de (matrimonio?) ....... f. 1
Quoniam frequenter in foro penitenciali dubitaciones circa
matrimonium
On the lower margin in another hand some memorial verses on
cases.
2. Rubric. Expl. (pars prima?). Inc. secunda de modo ad
indicium .......... 2
In superior! particula tractauimus de p«zIS que habent subsistere
in iudicio. In hac parte secunda intendimus instruere iudicem
et actorem et reum in preparatoriis ad indicium.
f. 4 is an intrusive flyleaf in a charter hand (late xiii?). It has
verses and notes (Merita visionis corporis Christi etc.) on the
recto and on the verso a faint list of names, e.g. Johes
Isabella, Joh. Orreng’, Will. Oreng, and some scribbles.
f. 5 continues the Summa de matrimonio, and ends f. 14 ut
plena noticia in causis matrimonialibus haberetur ista tamen
sufficiant ad presens. Vale.
II. Text and gloss, interlinear and marginal. Text 29 lines to a
page. Cent, xiii late, in more than one decent hand.
