The Amtliche Bayerische Reisebureau G.m.b.H., Munich
General Agency of Thos. Cook & Son for Southern Germany, is the second
largest German Travel Office and is situated at 16 Promenadeplatz, in the most
central position in Munich, within a few steps of the best hotels and the Bavarian Arts
and Crafts Association. The Office is known to be the best place for reliable competent
Information, advice and all arrangements concerning Travelling. The Official Bavarian
Travel Bureau arranges Conducted Tours and Inclusive IndepedentTours in Germany
and abroad, Motor-car Excursions to the Bavarian Castles and the Bavarian Alps,
as well as Sightseeing tours including a visit to the principal museums of Munich. These
tours are carried out by Pullman Motor-busses and private cars at reasonable rates.
This Office is the Genera/ Agency of the world renowned Bavarian Opera-houses
and Booking Office for the Richard Wagner Festival Performances at the Prince
Regent Theatre, the operas of Wolfgang A.Mozart at the Residence Theatre and of
the Richard Strauss and Hans Pfitzner Festival. The Performances will take place this
year from July 18th to August 25th. Please apply for programmes.
