There are some fine examples of prints after Angelica in the Cottonian Collection in
Plymouth.
Whitman’s Print Collector’s Handbook gives the following note concerning prints after
Angelica :—
“ Stipple Engravings in Colours or Monochrome.”—The first price given represents always
impressions finely printed in colours, the second figure stands for really good Print States,
in monochrome, with margins. Proofs would cost about double.
