Sono nello stesso volume le vite di Baccio Bandinelli
e di Daniele da Volterra. - Il lavoro del Durdent è ben
poca cosa, fatto senza critica alcuna; nel quale si ac-
cettano come opera del Buonarroti lavori assai dubbi e
alcuni ancora eseguiti notoriamente da altri. - Accompa-
gnano questa vita 81 tavole incise a contorno che ripro-
ducono le volte della cappella Sistina ed altri disegni e
pitture con più o meno ragione attribuite a Michelangelo.
