Probably male, heavily plundered; only vertebrae, a few ribs and pelvis in position. Lower jaw
out of place. Skull and most of remainder missing, but leg bones of this burial have been pushed
aside into the adjoining grave on the north, N 7088, into which this grave cuts, the floor of N 7088
being 20 cm. below that of N 7093. Slight remains of coarse clothing under vertebrae. Remains of
both under and upper matting on S. wall of grave, one above the other. Both Type I, lengthwise.

BURIAL: Young child on left side, intact.
GRAVE GOODS: In situ.

Child perhaps 1 to iX years old. Undisturbed but skull crushed and bones slightly out of place
from pressure of filling. Slight traces of under matting of undeterminable type.

BURIAL: Adult female on left side, intact. Figure 20 m.
GRAVE GOODS: In situ, on arms before face.

Body undisturbed and in excellent state of preservation, with skin intact on greater part
of torso, Figure 20 n. Breast preserved with shrunken nipple. Right hand ran in and rested
under mouth and nose, left hand against forehead over eyes. Hair preserved on back of head at
neck. Under matting preserved under body, Type I, lengthwise.
Note: Upper part of body from waist up removed intact for shipment home.

BURIAL: Adult (sex?) on left side, intact. Figure 20 p.
GRAVE GOODS: None, except pieces of charcoal under body. UCLMA 6-3032.
Body fully intact. Under matting, Type I, lengthwise. On bottom of grave, all along in front
of arms and under knees, small bits of charcoal were scattered. These were under the remains
of under matting and were embedded in the grave floor; they had been scattered there before
the under matting had been laid. UCLMA 12-4945.

GRAVE GOODS: In situ, between plundered burial and W. wall of grave, a pair of large horns,
presumably of an ox.
