LA NUOVA STAZIONE MARITTIMA
Allargata e prolungata fino al mare la grande Piazza Municipio, è
stata creata dal regime fascista la Nuova Stazione Marittima, ai pie-
di di Castel Nuovo, orientata verso il Vesuvio e Capri, e guardata dal
Colle di S. Elmo e di S. Martino.
Anche coi più grandi transatlantici, il passeggero giunge nel cuo-
re di Napoli, e ne sente subito tutta la poesia ed il fascino.
LA NOUVELLE GARE MARITIME
Ayant d’abord élargie et prolongée jusqu’à la mer la grande Piaz-
za Municipio, le Régime Fasciste a ensuite créé la nouvelle gare ma-
ritime, aux pieds de Castel Nuovo, orientée vers le Vésuve et Capri,
en face du coteau de S. Elmo et de S. Martino.
Même avec les plus grands transatlantiques, le touriste arrive
dans le coeur de Naples et en ressent tout de suite la poésie et l’en-
chantement.
THE NEW SEA STATION
After widening and extending the large Piazza Municipio to the
sea, the Fascist Regimen has had the new Sea Station built at the
foot of Nuovo Castle facing Vesuvius and Capri, and overlooked by
the Hill of St. Elmo and St. Martino.
Even with the largest Transatlantic Liners, passengers arrive in
the middle of Naples and at once feel all the poetry and fascination.
DIE NEUE IIAFENANLAGE
Die faschistische Regierung hat durch Erweiterung der grossen
Piazza Municipio die neue Hafenanlage geschaffen, die zu Füssen
des Castel Nuovo, gegen den Vesuv und Capri gerichtet j vom Hügel
S. Elmo und von S. Martino überragt ist.
Selbst die grössten Ozeandampfer bringen den Passagier bis ins
Herz der Stadt und vermitteln ihm sofort einen bleibenden Eindruck
von der Schönheit und dem Zauber Neapels.
