DEB NEUENHEIMEB.
game ended in a victory to Neuenheim by the one
dropped goal to nil.
For Neuenheim, all the three quarters played
decidedly well, Forester's fine runs, and Lorimer's
clever and unselfish passing being especially notice-
able. Reeves at half played a very plucky and often
brilliant game. The forwards, though overmatched
in weight, stuck hard to their work and deserve
uniform praise. For Wiesbaden Johnston at back,
Morrists and Corbett at three quarters and Hankey
at half deserve especial mention.

Neuenheim College and Freiburg.
This match was played on the College ground
on the 1st of November in fine weather; though the
sun made it rather hot for football. It is our first
match against Freiburg, and, although the team was
weaker than in previous years the- school won by
3 goals, 2 tries and 3 minor points to nil.
Edwardes kicked oft' for the school, and the
ball being badly returned, the school almost at once
scored a try, 'which Edwardes failed to convert into
a goal although his attempt was very good. On play
being resumed the ball was returned to the centre
where a series' of tight scrums took place, neither
side having much advantage. At last the ball got
out into Garstin's hands who ran into the Freiburg 25.
After a scrimmage, in which the school had it all
their own way, Jennant equalized matters again.
