The last two men made a bold fight, the whole Innings
ending for 70. Mr. Copinger-Hill played a splendid inn-
ings for 29. The school commenced their innings with
Wright and Forster. Two wickets fell for 4, but OTlynn
ran the score up to 45 in a very short time, being
bowled by Rorie after a very good innings of 21. The
next three wickets going down, the score stood at 62
Read being ct by Lensen for 13 and Stooks run out
for 12. After an exciting finish the School score stood
at 75. Thus winning by 5. For the Town Mr. Copinger
Hill, Mr. Kemble and Sheldon played best. For the
School. O'FIynn, Read and Stooks batted well, O'FIynn
and Read taking 3 wickets a piece.
