DEE NEUENHEIMER,

of Capt. John Stebbing Corlett, 15th Bengal Lancers, a
popular Old Neuenheimer, and Joan Delves, youngest daughter
of Mr. L. P. Delves-Broughton, J.P. for Calcutta and Admin-
istrator-General of Bengal, will interest our readers. Capt.
Corlett is the elder and now only son of Mr. John Corlett, the
well-known proprietor of the " Sporting Times," the death of
whose other gallant son, Lieut. Archibald Corlett, killed in
action in the attack on Col. Benson's column at Brakenlaagte,
was reported in our issue of November 4th.

—o—

Congratulations to T. F. Dunbar who we see is gazetted
First Lieutenant in the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers; also to
M. C. Stoker on his promotion to a Captaincy in the West
India .Regiment.

—o—

Mr. and Mrs. Maokie visited the College in September
and gave good accounts of their son, a well-known O.N. He
is in the I. S. C, as our readers know, and has recently passed
his exam, for signalling.

—o—

Mr. Byron Johnson, whose son was at "Neuenheim"
some fifteen years ago, came to see the " old place " during
the summer holidays, and begged for some photos, &c, to
send out to his son who, as engineer, holds an important post
at Skagway. He is married and has two children.

—o—

Mr. Northcott, as ardent an O.N., as one could wish to
meet, came again to see the old School this term, and we hope
it will not be long before he repeats his visit.
