being about a.d. 90, or Trajan.

27. A Wooden Case containing the Mummy of
a Female who was a Priestess of one of the Temples.

On the lid or upper half of this mummy case, the
figures of the divinities that occupy the compart-
ments on each side the centre divisions are in relief,
while the representations on the side walls of the
lower half of the case are only painted. The face
of the mummy is well modelled or carved in the
