this room were decorated with painted plaster. The archaeological context includes
ceramic drinking cups with saucers and a few finely painted vessels.
The relatively elevated stratigraphic position of the mid-Ptolemaic constructions
in this part of the excavated area, as well as the gradual sloping of Ptolemaic and Roman
layers eastward and southward imply that at one time there was a natural hill here,
