\fter worshipping the angabararas (i.e. 'anga or
limb is Subhasra, who is the orincioal deity of
worship here anil 'abarana* are the side deities
covering or surrounding here), 'horaa* (sacrifice)
shall be o?rformed.

Then in the «tfore«?aid 'Kunda' (sacrificial nit)
or 'Sthandila* (sacrificial soot made by laying
san£s), fire of the desire* deity
(devatagni) shall be made or on waking the fire
(agni) of Panca-bhuta (''ive elements of creation -
i.e. earth, water, fire, wind and sky), oblations
(offer of clarified butter etc.) shall be wade for
1008 or 108 ("astottara stfahasram satara ba hutva")
with the recitation of the ortncioal formula of
worship *'mula mantra').

Then a single oblation (ahutl) shall be made (in the
