Works hereinafter described with all proper roads

To make and maintain a Railway wholly in the County of
Aberdeen commencing in the Parish of Ellon by a
junction with the Company's Formartine and Buchan
Railway at a point thereon immediately to the south-
ward of the Bridge carrying the said Formartine and
Buchan' Railway over the public road from Ellon to

Logie-Buchan, Slains, and Cruden, and terminating in
the Parish of Peterhead at the south side of the Road
from Sterling Village to Boddam Harbour in t&* Jf*«w

at a point five chains or thereabout from the north-
west corner of the said Field measured in a north-
easterly direction.
To widen the Company's Beeside Railway commencing
in the Parish of Peterculter and Comity of Aberdeen at
a point two chains or thereabouts westward of the
south-skle platform of the Company's Onlter Station,
and terminating in the Parish of J>rnmoak in said
County at or near the east end of the south-side
platform of the Park Station on the said Dceside Rail-
way.
To divert in the Parish and Royal Burgh of Inver-
urie in the County of Aberdeen the public road or
street known formerly as the Inverurie and Forgue
Road now Constitution Street—the said diversion to
commence at the west side of said street eleven chains
or thereabouts northward from its junction with West
High Street in Inverurie and to terminate by a junc-
tion with the public road leading from the north end
of North Street in Inverurie to the Road Bridge over
the Company's Railway at Howfnrd—such junction to
be at a point seven chains or thereabouts southward
of the said Bridge.
To enable the Company to purchase and acquire lands
in the. said Royal Burgh, and in said parish of Inverurie,
partly adjoining tlvjir Railway on both sides, partly adjoin-
ing ou both sides the said Inverurie and Forgue Road now
Constitution Street and also the intended diversion thereof,
partly adjoining on both sides the Port or Soutertord
Road in Inverurie, and partly situated between the Square
orMarketPlace and the Burn Lane in Inverurie—the said
lands extending northward from the said Port or Souter-
ford Road and Burn Lane and Square or Market Place in
Inverurie to the Inverurie and Forgue Road where it
crosses the Company's Railway and the river Urie at How-
ford aforesaid ; and to erect and maintain thereon Work-
shops, Station, Houses, Buildings, Sidings, and other
Works.
To vest in the Company the site and solum of so much of
the Inverurie and Forgue Road now Constitution Street
and adjoining ro.ds as will be rendeied unnecessary by
reason of the diversion.
To enable the Company to make and maintain a Reser-
voir and an embankment around the same in the Parish
of Newmachar and County of Aberdeen, to be situate in
the Field numbered 332 on the Orduai||B Map sc«ue 1-2500
belonging or reputed to belong to Peter Buiuet of Elrick
Esquire—the said Reservoir and embankment to occupy
the whole arable portion of said field.
To enable the Company to make and maintain an
Aqueduct or line of pipes wholly in the Parish of New-
machar and County of Aberdeen, commencing in the said
field numbered 382 as aforesaid at or neur tiie south-
eastern corner of the Reservoir next hereinbefore de-
scribed, and terminating at a point on the Company's
Formartine and Buchan Railway five chains or there-
abouts northwards from the bridge near Wau'lkmiU in said
Parish and County by which the Public Road Km, b89 on
the said Ordnance Map is carried over the said Railway.
To empower the Company from time to tiinu to take or
divert into the intended Reservoir hereinbefoie mentioned
so much as they may require of the waters of the Elrick
Burn and to use the same for supplying their Engines
Tanks and Wells and for other purposes.
To enable the Company to acquire by compulsion or
agreement and hold lands (in which term houses buildings
and other hereditaments are in this notice included) for
the pumoses of the various works to be authorised by the
intended Act and also the lands hcrcinaCter mora parti-
cularly described or some of them for the purposes of
widening and improving their Railway, Sidings, Stations,
Buildings, Ballast Pits, or other general purposes (that is
to say):—
1. Lands in the Parish of Bauchory-Ternan in the
County of Kincardine viz. : —
(a) Lands situate on the north side of the Company's
Banchory Station bounded on the south by their

of the Company.
(b) Lauds situate on the south side of the Company's
Deeside Railway, and extending eastward from the
east end of the said Banchory Station aloi.g the

2. Lands in the united Parish of Glennniick Tullich and
Glengairn in the County of Aberdeen viz.
(a) Lands situate on the south side of the Company's
Deeside Railway at or near the Dinnet Station
and on the east side of the road crossing the said
railway on the level at . the said Station and ex-
tending eastward along the said Railway for a
distance of 14 chains or'thereabout.
(b) Lands at or near Cambus O'May Railway Station
situate on the north-eastern side of the said Dee-
side Railway now or lately used as a Ballast Pit
together with other laud adjoining ihe site of the
said Ballast Pit to the tf'frthwirrd thereof.
(c) Lands adjoining the said Cambus O'May Station on
the north-eastern side of the said Beeside Railway
and between tlie said Station and the public road
from Aboyne to JU! later.
3. Lands in the Parish of Cruden and County of Aberdeen
situated in the field numbered 1738 on the Ordnance
Map scale 1-2500; and to enable the Company to
erect maintain and use thereon buildings for Hotel
and other purposes.
To confer on the Company the powers usually conferred
for the execution of works and especially the powers con-
ferred by Section 16 of the Railways Clauses Consolidation
(Scotland) Act 1845, and to cross stop up and alter roads
rivers sewers bridges and other works so far as may be
necessary in constructing or maintaining the said intended
Railways and Works or as may be defined on the Plans,
and to deviate from tiie line and levels of the Railways
and works to be shown on the Plajis and Sections to be de-
posited as hereinafter mentioned.
To levy demand and take tolls dues rates rente and
charges in respect of the Railways Works and other con-
veniences.
To empower the Company to purchase so much of any
property as they may require for the purposes of the in-
tended Act without being subject to the liability imposed
by the Ninetieth Section of "'The Lands Clauses Consolida-
tion (Scotland) Act 1845."
To continue and confirm any agreements between
tlie Company and the Owners or Limited Owners or
other persons interested in the lands required for auy of the
purposes of the intended Act as to the grant of lauds for
the purposes thereof for nominal or other consideration
and as to guaranteeing interest on the capital expended
are situate and a copy of this notice will be deposited in
the case of each such PiriMi with the Session Clerk of each
such Parish at his residence and in the case of any extra
Parochial place with the Session Clerk of some Parish im-
mediately adjoining such extra Parochial place at his resid-
ence and'in the case of the Royal Burgh of Inverurie with
the Town-Clerk thereof at his office in Inverurie.
Printed copies of the intended Bill will be deposited in
the Private Bill Office of the House of Commons on or
before the 21st day of December next.

interest thereon shall he a charge upon the undertaking
and the tolls rates and charges of the Company or some
of them; and to empower the Company from time to time
to make and enforce rules aud recusations with respect to
the government, management, -and conduct of such Sav-
ings Banks, and to provide for the revision of such rules
and regulations.
To enable the Company to erect or contribute towards
the erection of Schools of Design and other buildings and
works at Inverurie for the use of Offices, Servants, Ap-
prentices, and Workmen employed by the Company.
To authorise the Company to apply any moneys which
they at present possess or which they have still the power
to raise to the purposes of the Bill and to raise additional
capital for such purposes and for the general purposes of
the Company by shares or by stock and by borrowing and
to attach to all or any of such shares or stock any
guaranteed or preferential dividend and any other rights
or privileges.
To authorise and provide for the cancellation of certain
balances of unissued capital; for the consolidation of the
five per cent. C Preference Shares and the four per cent.
C Preference Stock of the Company, or lor tlie conversion

To vary and extinguish all rights and privileges which
would in any manner impede or interfere with the objects

To widen the Company's Beeside Railway commencing
in the Parish of Peterculter and Comity of Aberdeen at

south-skle platform of the Company's Onlter Station,
and terminating in the Parish of J>rnmoak in said
County at or near the east end of the south-side
platform of the Park Station on the said Dceside Rail-
way.
To divert in the Parish and Royal Burgh of Inver-
urie in the County of Aberdeen the public road or
street known formerly as the Inverurie and Forgue
Road now Constitution Street—the said diversion to
commence at the west side of said street eleven chains
or thereabouts northward from its junction with West
High Street in Inverurie and to terminate by a junc-
tion with the public road leading from the north end
of North Street in Inverurie to the Road Bridge over
the Company's Railway at Howfnrd—such junction to
be at a point seven chains or thereabouts southward
of the said Bridge.
To enable the Company to purchase and acquire lands
in the. said Royal Burgh, and in said parish of Inverurie,
partly adjoining tlvjir Railway on both sides, partly adjoin-
ing ou both sides the said Inverurie and Forgue Road now
Constitution Street and also the intended diversion thereof,
partly adjoining on both sides the Port or Soutertord
Road in Inverurie, and partly situated between the Square
orMarketPlace and the Burn Lane in Inverurie—the said
lands extending northward from the said Port or Souter-
ford Road and Burn Lane and Square or Market Place in
Inverurie to the Inverurie and Forgue Road where it
crosses the Company's Railway and the river Urie at How-
ford aforesaid ; and to erect and maintain thereon Work-
shops, Station, Houses, Buildings, Sidings, and other
Works.
To vest in the Company the site and solum of so much of
the Inverurie and Forgue Road now Constitution Street
and adjoining ro.ds as will be rendeied unnecessary by
reason of the diversion.
To enable the Company to make and maintain a Reser-
voir and an embankment around the same in the Parish
of Newmachar and County of Aberdeen, to be situate in
the Field numbered 332 on the Orduai||B Map sc«ue 1-2500
belonging or reputed to belong to Peter Buiuet of Elrick
Esquire—the said Reservoir and embankment to occupy
the whole arable portion of said field.
To enable the Company to make and maintain an
Aqueduct or line of pipes wholly in the Parish of New-
machar and County of Aberdeen, commencing in the said
field numbered 382 as aforesaid at or neur tiie south-
eastern corner of the Reservoir next hereinbefore de-
scribed, and terminating at a point on the Company's
Formartine and Buchan Railway five chains or there-
abouts northwards from the bridge near Wau'lkmiU in said
Parish and County by which the Public Road Km, b89 on
the said Ordnance Map is carried over the said Railway.
To empower the Company from time to tiinu to take or
divert into the intended Reservoir hereinbefoie mentioned
so much as they may require of the waters of the Elrick
Burn and to use the same for supplying their Engines
Tanks and Wells and for other purposes.
To enable the Company to acquire by compulsion or
agreement and hold lands (in which term houses buildings
and other hereditaments are in this notice included) for
the pumoses of the various works to be authorised by the
intended Act and also the lands hcrcinaCter mora parti-
cularly described or some of them for the purposes of
widening and improving their Railway, Sidings, Stations,
Buildings, Ballast Pits, or other general purposes (that is
to say):—
1. Lands in the Parish of Bauchory-Ternan in the
County of Kincardine viz. : —
(a) Lands situate on the north side of the Company's
Banchory Station bounded on the south by their

(b) Lauds situate on the south side of the Company's
Deeside Railway, and extending eastward from the

2. Lands in the united Parish of Glennniick Tullich and
Glengairn in the County of Aberdeen viz.
(a) Lands situate on the south side of the Company's
Deeside Railway at or near the Dinnet Station
and on the east side of the road crossing the said
railway on the level at . the said Station and ex-
tending eastward along the said Railway for a
distance of 14 chains or'thereabout.
(b) Lands at or near Cambus O'May Railway Station
situate on the north-eastern side of the said Dee-
side Railway now or lately used as a Ballast Pit
together with other laud adjoining ihe site of the
said Ballast Pit to the tf'frthwirrd thereof.
(c) Lands adjoining the said Cambus O'May Station on
the north-eastern side of the said Beeside Railway
and between tlie said Station and the public road
from Aboyne to JU! later.
3. Lands in the Parish of Cruden and County of Aberdeen
situated in the field numbered 1738 on the Ordnance
Map scale 1-2500; and to enable the Company to
erect maintain and use thereon buildings for Hotel
and other purposes.
To confer on the Company the powers usually conferred
for the execution of works and especially the powers con-
ferred by Section 16 of the Railways Clauses Consolidation
(Scotland) Act 1845, and to cross stop up and alter roads
rivers sewers bridges and other works so far as may be
necessary in constructing or maintaining the said intended
Railways and Works or as may be defined on the Plans,
and to deviate from tiie line and levels of the Railways
and works to be shown on the Plajis and Sections to be de-
posited as hereinafter mentioned.
To levy demand and take tolls dues rates rente and
charges in respect of the Railways Works and other con-
veniences.
To empower the Company to purchase so much of any
property as they may require for the purposes of the in-
tended Act without being subject to the liability imposed
by the Ninetieth Section of "'The Lands Clauses Consolida-
tion (Scotland) Act 1845."
To continue and confirm any agreements between
tlie Company and the Owners or Limited Owners or
other persons interested in the lands required for auy of the
purposes of the intended Act as to the grant of lauds for
the purposes thereof for nominal or other consideration
and as to guaranteeing interest on the capital expended
are situate and a copy of this notice will be deposited in
the case of each such PiriMi with the Session Clerk of each
such Parish at his residence and in the case of any extra
Parochial place with the Session Clerk of some Parish im-
mediately adjoining such extra Parochial place at his resid-
ence and'in the case of the Royal Burgh of Inverurie with
the Town-Clerk thereof at his office in Inverurie.
Printed copies of the intended Bill will be deposited in
the Private Bill Office of the House of Commons on or
before the 21st day of December next.

and the tolls rates and charges of the Company or some

balances of unissued capital; for the consolidation of the
five per cent. C Preference Shares and the four per cent.

To vary and extinguish all rights and privileges which
would in any manner impede or interfere with the objects
