Flooring: linoleum Roof: flat roof, same construction as the floors, covered with double layer

DESCRIPTION (as of 1929):
The house contained two apartments with identical and functional layouts. Each was designed for
a family of seven. The "day zone" was located on the ground floor, the bedrooms on the first floor. The
living room and dining room could be connected through a sliding glass door to create a large space
that opened into the garden through the terrace. The interior was furnished with standard mass-pro-
duced furniture; fitted cabinets were designed for the kitchens. The ratio of the building's cubature to
its ground floor area was 6.1.
ALTERATIONS TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN:
Minor alterations to the elevations and architecture; enclosed loggia in Building No. 29.
