Cartouche-shaped plate, repousse with a wreathed oval cartouche
flanked by putti and surmounted by a cherub-head and an earl’s
coronet; at the base a festooned mascaron. Three angular scrolled
arms for lights. Apocryphal Georgian mark of 1736.
