Ces deux figures entaillées sont disposées dans un cadre de
forme étrange que nous avons respecté. La première montre
"ne jeune femme à la chevelure abondante, debout, les jambes
croisées et appuyée sur une béquille. L'antre est également une
jeune femme coiffée en cheveux, vêtue d'une longue tunique,
*vec jambes et bras nus. Ces deux plaques à revers trans-
lucides proviennent de l'ancienne collection Sauvageot et se
voient aujourd'hui dans une des vitrines de la galerie d'Apollon.

Thèse two inamelled figures are placed in a strange-shaped
frame whose form we have reproduced. One represents a young
woman with abundant hair, she stands, her legs crossed Iea-
ning upon a crutch. The other is a young woman, as well with
her hair dressed is, vested with a lcng tunic and lias her arms
and legs bare. Thèse two plates with a translucid background
formerly belonged to the Sauvageot collection, they are to be
seen in the glass-cases of the Apollo Gallery at the Louvre.
