At top of fol. 1 the mark 'l'k, which suggests that the book
once belonged to the Grey Friars of Hereford. (See note on
0.1. iv.)
Bound in as fly-leaves six folios covered with almost illegible
writing of earlier date—gucstiones on the sentences.

The first part is divided into six lections, each introduced
by a ‘ prose,’ with musical notation : and the whole
prefaced by a short (musical) office, with hymn and
collect.
