but for its probable coincidence with that
to which the following passage of Strabo
alludes. " Then, there is another river,
with many islands before its mouth."
This is the only notice he takes of the
coast between the Eurymedon and Side;
and the above mentioned is the only
river that intervenes; yet there are no
islands near it, nor any in that whole
