Transfer of tent and knowledge from Poland to Sweden
unable to identify at first. Following an iiwestigation we found the dye was Span-
ish green with the chemical formuła Cu (OH) (CH3COO), the copper content of
which had served as water-proof coating.
Our Turkish tent, now conserved, was put on view in 1986. We built a glass show-
case inside it, for visitors to walk around. The tent was placed in a closed room to
which visitors had no access other than through the glass construction.
Today the tent is in storage, on three rollers about 4 m wide, built specially for this
purpose, and reposed on a rack.
