Ruff slip ; lustrous red paint. Spherical body ; short neck
and small flat handles. Surface much damaged in parts and
one handle injured. Paint on handles and bands on neck ;
below the handles, curved strokes. On each face, a series of
concentric circles in groups of four or five, with central disc and
wide outer band ; ring round base. Fig. ,97 =c568.

Drab slip ; dull black paint. Globular body ; long neck ; handles
higher than usual. Surface much worn in parts. Paint on handles, base
of neck, and foot ; on rim, narrow rings. Below the handles, semicircular
markings and rows of chevrons; on each face of the vase, fine concentric
rings.
