A 73l-l5. FRAGMENTS of plain and. unpainted pottery. L. i in. to 3 f in. No. 1. is black all
through, 2 and 3 are black with brilliant red surface on exterior, 4 is black with' red face on
both sides. The rest have red-brown clay with more or less bright red polished wash on one
side. No. 11 is a roll-handle apparently from a large bowl. Nos. 12 and 13 are red, 12 with
lattice in dark burnished lines (Fig. 22), 13 with impressed band of close vertical bars'between
horizontal lines (Fig. 22). Nos. 14 and 15 are grey, 14 with irregular lattice impressed (Fig. 22),
15 from the rim of a shallow bowl very finely polished with yellowish tone.
