with a gem of six pearls. Representations of Maria-Theotokos inelude a cross on the kerchief
above her forehead.41 On the Satan's hood in the Gdańsk Triptych, a Christological sign, Christo-
gram ,,IX" according to iYjęouę XpidT0ę , lat. Iesus Chrislus, is seen, represented as an imi-
tation rather than a faithful copy of the symbol.
