the Odenwald.
62. The Protestant School for Boys, almost entirely hid
by the trees of the foreground.
63. The Oheramtshaus (Superior bailif’s court), near the
Carlsplatz (Charles’s square).

the Heiligenberg and the Hammelsbuckel. This street contains
some houses, and a dancingroom.
65. The Hammelsbuckel (Mutton-head) This is the name
of the mount, which is separated from the Heiligenberg by
the Hirschgasse.
66. The Heidenkopf (Heathen - head), a peak above the
Hammelsbuckel.

on its wall. It is seen on the left hand of the castle.
b) The Stuckgarten (Cannon-garden) extends from the big
tower to Elizabethgate (vid. f).
c) The English Building, erected by Frederic V. for his
consort Elizabeth Stewart. It is contiguous to the big tower.
d) The Cooper’s "Workshop; formerly the palace of Fre*
deric V. near the English building.
e) The Palace-chapel of St. Udalrich, built by FrederielV.
