III. The City Court and each Ziliah Court is to be superintended by See Sec. ii.

The jurisdiction of the Dewanny Adawlut of the city of Benares
is to extend throughout the under-mentioned places:
The city of Benares and its suburbs.
Those small divisions of territory contiguous to the city, known by
the names of thetalooks of Jalhoopoor and Lhota, together with
Chetaypoor, the amanut mehals, and Teekree.
The pergunnahs of Sheopoor, Kutteher, and Kuswar, as far as regards
the divisions of it called Gungapoor, Kurowna, and Jukhnee, and
Soorye Kerowte.
The pergunnahs of Atgowan or Hurhood, Ralhoopoor, Dhoos, and
Mohwy and Mehwary.
The jurisdiction of the Dewanny Adawlut for the ziliah of Mir-
zapore is to extend throughout the under-mentioned places:
The mundovee or mart of Mirzapore, and the limits thereof.
The pergunnah of Kuntit, consisting of its three tuppahs of Chow-
rassy Cliehanovy, Ophrowde, and Kone.
The talook of Suktesghur.
The pergunnahs of Burhur Agowrie, Bejehghur, Budhoee, Havily
Cliunar, Bhugwut or Putteeta, and Kureeat Sekhur.
The talook of Mujehwa.
The pergunnahs of Ahroura, Bhoilee, and Kera Mungrore.

Behreeabad, Kurrendeh, Luknesr, and Khanpoor.

pore is to extend throughout the following places :
