XI. The chief judge, and each of the puisne judges, who may be
appointed to the Court of Nizamut Adawiut, previous to entering upon
the execution of the duties of his office, shall take and subscribe [Vq/biv?
^6 m UoMMCzf) the same oath as is required to be taken
and subscribed by the judges of the q/" UO'CMU, according to the
form prescribed in Section XXXIV. Regulation IX. 1793.
XII. The Court of Nizamut Adawlut <L/ Ail o/ zVz.y
shall possess all the powers vested under the existing Regula-
tions in the Court of Nizamut Adawlut, which was constituted by Sec-
tion LXVII. Regulation IX. 1793; and shall perform all the duties
required to be performed by that court under Regulation IX. 1793, and
under all other Regulations which have been passed and published in the
mode prescribed by Regulation XLI. 1793; subject to all the modifica-
tions and provisions contained in such Regulations, and to the following
further provisions.
XIII. The Court of Nizamut Adawlut is to be an open court, and to
be holden as directed in Section LXVI. Regulation IX. 1793, .sowa fM

provisions, with respect to the number of judges necessary for holding a
court, to an eventual difference of opinion between the judges, to the
ordinary and special sittings of the court, to its mode and order of pro-
ceeding, and to the execution of its process, as have been prescribed
in Section VI. of this Regulation for the Court of Sudder Dewanny
Adawlut.
XIV. The powers vested in the Court of Sudder Dewanny Adawlut to
suspend from office any judge or judges of the Ra-cwmcdV, Zillah, or City
Courts, for disobedience or neglect of any process, rule, or order of the
Court of Sudder Dewanny Adawlut, or for a false return thereto, and to
suspend any judge of a Zillah or City Court, in cases of disobedience,
neglect, or false return to any process, rule, or order of a Wcwmcza/
q/ AppctV, are hereby declared to be equally vested in the Court of Niza-
mut Adawlut, in similar cases of disobedience, neglect, or false return to
any process, rule, or order of that court, by the judges of the o/
07* the zillah or city magistrates, as well as in cases of disobedience,
neglect, or false return, by a zillah or city 'magistrate, to any process rule,
or order of a q/ ; and, in such cases, the CbMi-zb q/677TM^ are
directed to make the same reports to the Court of Nizamut Adawlut, as
the Vb'cwz73c5U q/ Dppga/' are required to make to the Sudder
Dewanny Adawlut by Section XV. Regulation V. 1793. The Court of
Nizamut Adawlut is further authorized and directed to proceed upon
reports from the q/* of neglect or misconduct by the zillah
or city magistrates, made in pursuance of Section LXIII. Regulation IX.
1793, as well as upon.reports from the UbaoV q/'Uz7'CMz7 and zillah or city
magistrates, of neglect or misconduct by their 7'qqU^7^, assistants, or other
ministerial officers, made in pursuance of Section X. Regulation XIII.
1793, in the same manner as the Court of Sudder Dewanny Adawlut is
authorized and directed by Section VII. of this Regulation to proceed,
upon similar reports to that court of neglect or misconduct, on the part of
the judges of the Zillah and City Courts, or of the assistants, and
