I. THE objects contemplated by Government in enacting Regula-
tion V. 1815, having been successfully accomplished by the restoration
of public order and tranquillity in pergunnah Bogree, in zillah Midnapore,
and by the apprehension and conviction on trial by the Court of Circuit
and Nizamut Adawlut of the criminals principally concerned in resisting
the authority of Government, and in the commission of acts of violence
and outrage, the necessity which existed tor suspending the operation of
the general Regulations within the limits of that pergunnah no longer
exits ; the Vice-President in Council has accordingly been pleased to enact
the following rule, to take effect from the date of this Regulation.
II. Regulation V. 1815, is hereby rescinded.
