60*A Necklace, composed of thirty-nine large and bright blue
beads of porcelain, connected by gold fastenings and

clasp, unique and perfect.......... Thebes, £14. 10s.

This Necklace is similar to the one in the collection of the King of

France, but which is not perfect.

61 A solidjgold Ring, engraved and representing Cow Athis in

a lotus bark.................... Memphis, £6. 15s.

62*Pair of plain gold Bracelets..................Thebes, 13s.

63*A Scarabeus of blue porcelain, set in gold as a ring,

Thebes, £1. Is.

64 An Ornament, consisting of a half moon reversed, in onyx,

with a globe above, encircled with the horns of Isis,
beautifully set in gold ............Memphis, £1. 85.

74*A Cylinder, of agate, engraved, representing a Persian

King in a triumphal car shooting arrows at a lion, £22.
In the British Museum there is an extraordinary collection of cylin-
ders ; the addition of this, therefore, was of great importance, as it may
certainly be considered, with the exception of one in that collection, the
most interesting that has been found.
