A. From the western hills. In the center is the low ridge, with the domed house of the Ex-
pedition on the northern slope. Tomb 181 lies well down on the southern slope and
is marked by a man standing just above the second telephone pole

B. From the south. Above the ridge a path is seen going over the hills to the Tombs of the
Kings. Tomb 181 lies below the feet of the man standing in the center of the picture
