Wadowice 1919 - Cracow 1996
He studied at the JagieHonian University and the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts in the period 1945-
1951 (diploma under Zbigniew Pronaszko in 1952). A member of the Seif-Study Group at the
Academy and of the Group "MARG"; he cooperated with the Saion "Po prostu". He participated,
a. o., in the AH-Poiish Exhibition of Young Piastic Artists "Against War, Against Fascism" in the
Varsovian Arsenai in 1955. From 1958 he iectured in the State Secondary School of Piastic Arts
in Cracow.
A painter and graphic artist who appiied the painting of signs, a winner of the Jan Cybis Award in
1990.
