write in archaic style. The / is quite unwarranted by Egyptian. We may
compare the t added before the object pronouns following stm-f\ cf. also
note to 1. 20. We have here a passage in which very modern forms
Juuidju-To e£io\ are mixed with older forms hms 'S-f (past stm-f) and
th's h-t-k.

TT*oipo junc^T, ' the point of the tail of the dragon.'
bn py : the Achmimic vetitive jum^juinp, cf. 21/23, probably derived
from the old vetitive m. It occurs in Eg. as bn, Pap. Mag. Harris 8/7.
