the name was re-traced. The plate-marks intact at three sides and at bottom just
shaved. From the Houlditch collection.
88. Abraham entertaining the angels.
B. R. S. 29, H. 286. An extremely fine and rich impression with some burr,
and with slight margins, from the R. Dumesnil and the unidentified Lugt No. 2169
collections. There are two or three very faint rust spots in the print, otherwise the
paper is showing a very fine and warm ivory-tint. A tiny tear at the bottom right
corner.

B. R. S. 35, H. 283. Superb, warm and rich impression with much burr and
very transparent in the shadows. With wide margins and in absolutely fresh
untouched preservation, the paper showing a very warm and harmonious
ivory-tone.

B. R. S. 58, H. 216. Very fine and clear impression of this most charming little
plate. As the plate is but very lightly etched, the impressions are always most deli-
cately printed. With the plate-mark. Watermark: fool’s cap. From the Weber and
Hausdorff collections. In perfect preservation.
