Your letter of the 13th is Just here,

and we are exceedingly sorry to learn of your ill health.

Would not a trip to Spain be good for you? At any rate
if you do not come to Spain I shall hope to see you at Heidle
burg late in September. I'rs. Campbell will accompany me.
As to the coming of Dr. Gotz to our camp I should be very
glad to have him do so, and I shall arrange for his room

and meals at our expense. He should be there on the evening
