Whereas the North Bengal const i-
tu'nry of the House of the People has
been called upon to elect members before
the 15th February 1952 .
I, J. N. Talukdar I. ('. B„ the
Returning Officer of the said constituency
do hereby give tlic following : —
PUBLIC NOTICE
\i) The numlier of persons to be
elected is Three (3) of which one shall
belong to the Scheduled ''astes and one
shall belong to the Scheduled Tribes.
(ii) Nomination papers may be
delivered to the Undersigned at bis otlice
at Jalpaiguri or if he Is unavoidably
prevented from receiving the same, lo
ihe Personal Assistant to the Commi-
ssioner. Presidency Division at Jalpaiguri
They should be presented between 11
a. in. and 3 p. m. on or before the
